From Behind the Booth: Hello, and Welcome

Hi, I’m Jennifer, the owner of The Celebration Experience.

If we have met, it was probably at one of your best nights: a wedding, a gala, a festival, a banquet. I was the one behind the booth, handing you a print and telling you it looks great (it did). I have the best seat in the house for other people’s joy, and after a lot of those nights, I started this little column to share what I have learned from it.

I am calling it From Behind the Booth, because that is exactly where the view is from.

Why I do this

I did not get into this to rent equipment. I got into it because I love the moment, the one where someone who swore they hate having their picture taken pulls three friends into the booth and forgets all about it. That moment is the whole job. Everything else is in service of it.

That is also why I built The Celebration Experience the way I did. No upgrades. No tiers. No “well, that’s extra.” The custom overlay, the props, the attendant, the prints and the digitals, they are all just included. To me, that is the gold standard, and it is the only way I know how to do this. You should get the best of what I offer because you booked me, not because you found the right add-on.
