We are based in Morgantown, West Virginia. The Celebration Experience primarily serves North Central West Virginia and surrounding communities. Travel within approximately 45 minutes is included. Extended travel is available for select events and may require a custom travel investment based on distance, timing, and event logistics.

Each of our experiences is designed with a different style in mind. If you're looking for something simple and social, our Social Booth is a great fit. For higher-quality, camera-based images, our Studio Experience is the most popular choice. For a fully interactive, statement experience, our Mirror Booth offers a premium, guest-centered experience.

We're always happy to help you choose the best option based on your event, space, and overall vision.

We typically require a minimum 8' x 8' space for standard setups. Mirror and AI experiences may require additional depth for optimal results.

For green screen experiences, additional depth (typically around 10 feet) is recommended to ensure clean, high-quality results.

If space is limited, we're happy to review your layout and recommend the best setup for your event.

We design each setup based on your space and the type of experience you want to create. In many venues, we use the natural surroundings — like architecture, lighting, or décor — to create a more modern, editorial-style look that feels less like a traditional booth and more like real photography.

When a space needs more structure or a defined experience area, we offer curated backdrops and custom designs to enhance the environment. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all setup, we tailor the look to your event so it feels cohesive, elevated, and thoughtfully placed.

We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed, especially for peak seasons. Many dates book several months in advance.

A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your event.

After booking, we'll guide you through the next steps including design customization, timeline coordination, and any enhancements you'd like to add. We'll stay in touch leading up to your event to ensure everything is seamless and aligned with your vision.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, cash, and checks. Payment instructions will be provided through your invoice for a seamless and secure transaction process.

Yes! We're happy to accommodate reasonable changes prior to your event, including timeline adjustments, enhancements, and design updates. Availability may affect certain requests.

Retainers are non-refundable as they secure your event date. Additional details regarding cancellations and changes are outlined in your service agreement.

Setup typically begins 30–60 minutes before your scheduled start time. Setup time does not count toward your rental hours.

Depending on the selected experience, additional time may be required for lighting adjustments, internet connection, and test images to ensure everything is functioning properly prior to guest use.

We require:

• Access to a standard electrical outlet
• A designated setup area
• Adequate space for the selected experience

For outdoor events, a covered and protected area is required to shield equipment from sun, wind, and weather. Setup cannot proceed in unsafe conditions.

While rare, technology is not perfect. Our team is trained to troubleshoot quickly and keep your event running smoothly. Retakes are always encouraged if needed.

In the event of a significant service interruption caused by equipment malfunction, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our service agreement.

Yes, the booth can operate offline for photo capture and printing. However, features like instant sharing or AI-enhanced experiences may require a stable internet connection.

Within 24 hours, you'll receive access to a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your high-resolution images.

Galleries are available for a limited time. We recommend downloading your images promptly after delivery.

For private events impacted by documented weather conditions, venue closure, or client illness, one complimentary date transfer may be granted based on availability. Additional details are outlined in your service agreement.
